Booking Confirmation

A 30% advance is required to confirm the booking.

The booking will only be secured once the payment is received.

Payment Structure

30% – At the time of booking

60% – On event day (post shoot completion)

10% – Before final delivery of all photos, videos, and albums

Delivery Timeline

Final edited photos, videos, and albums will be delivered within 15–30 working days after event completion and receipt of full payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable

Date changes are subject to availability.

Usage Rights

Surya Studioz reserves the right to use selected photos/videos for portfolio, website, and social media unless stated otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibility

Proper coordination and punctuality from the client side are expected to ensure smooth execution.

Any additional hours or services requested will be charged extra.

Data Usage

Your information is only used for internal records, service execution, and delivery updates.
