1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Surya Studioz or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Surya Studioz.

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
• Clients retain personal usage rights to their delivered photos but may not use them for commercial purposes without a separate license agreement.

3. Payment Schedule

Advance Payment on Booking: To confirm the booking, 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Payment on Event Day: A further 60% of the total amount is required to be paid on the event day, either before or during the photography/videography services.

Final Payment on Data Delivery: The remaining 10% of the total amount must be cleared at the time of final photo and/or video data delivery. Final deliverables will be provided only after full payment has been received.

Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, for any reason.

4. Booking & Cancellations

A non-refundable retainer is required to Get a Quote. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the retainer. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to reschedule your session to a mutually identifiable date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Surya Studioz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
